1. Service provider and scope

MEND FWD is the public service brand used by Nail Mukhtarov. The site describes WordPress repair, maintenance and small web-development services. A contact message does not create an order. Each paid task requires a written scope and approval.

2. Scope, price and approval

Before work, I provide the scope in writing: what is included, what is excluded, the total price including VAT, estimated start time, access needed and the expected check of the result. Work starts only after the client approves this in writing and the conditions below are met. Anything outside the agreed scope needs a new written approval and fixed price.

3. Payment and VAT

After written approval, Eezy sends an official invoice for the full agreed amount. The payment term is 7 days. Work starts after payment is received, except that consumer distance-contract cancellation rights are respected as described on the Cancellation & complaints page. The quote and invoice state the net amount, any applicable VAT and the final total. VAT treatment depends on the client’s country and status; where Finnish VAT applies, the current standard rate is 25.5%.

4. Access and security

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment-card data or confidential customer data through the form, email or chat. If access is needed, the client creates a separate temporary WordPress account with the least access needed for the agreed task. Access can be removed after handover.

5. Boundaries and handover

Only the written scope is included. Rankings, perfect performance scores, absolute security, recovery of an unknown backup and third-party outages are not promised. The agreed result is tested and a short handover is provided.

6. Questions and complaints

Report a concern without undue delay and include the invoice number, website address and a description of the issue. Mandatory consumer-protection rules apply where applicable.
