1. Controller and contact

The controller for enquiries is Nail Mukhtarov, Finland, operating under the MEND FWD service brand. Contact for privacy requests: [email protected].

2. Data, purpose and necessity

The support form collects name, email address, optional organisation name, website URL, issue description and optional context. The project form also collects the business goal, intended users, first useful result and optional project context. Neither form accepts files. The data is used to answer the enquiry, assess the request, prepare a requested scope or deliver an agreed service. Required form fields are needed to reply; you should not provide passwords, recovery codes, payment details, health information or confidential customer data.

3. Legal basis and recipients

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract and the legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry. If a service is agreed, processing may also be necessary for the contract and legal accounting obligations. Netcup processes data as hosting, backup, technical-log and business-mail infrastructure under the applicable data-processing agreement. Eezy receives invoicing data only after a service is agreed. Data is not sold or used for newsletters or advertising.

4. Retention, transfers and security

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact unless longer retention is needed for a dispute or legal obligation. Contract and invoice records are retained as required by law and the invoicing arrangement. The content submitted through the enquiry forms is not intentionally transferred outside the EEA. Cloudflare Turnstile technical data may be processed outside the EEA as described in section 5 and under Cloudflare's applicable data-transfer safeguards. The published site uses HTTPS, WordPress nonce and input validation, a bot field and a short rate limit. The rate limit stores a keyed, truncated identifier derived from the visitor IP for up to one hour, not the raw IP as a form field.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile

The enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. When a form page is opened or submitted, Cloudflare may process technical browser and network signals such as the IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, site key and website origin. The purpose is form security and bot detection, based on the legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting the service. Cloudflare acts as a processor when providing the protection for this website and may act as an independent controller when improving its bot-detection service. 6. Your rights, cookies and external links

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If non-essential analytics is added later, it will not run before the required consent and this notice will be updated. GitHub and LinkedIn are normal external links, not embedded tracking; their own privacy terms apply after you open them.
