One service, one work price. Private clients see the final amount. Companies see the net amount, VAT and final total. For clients outside Finland, the written quote confirms the VAT treatment and final amount before any order.

One simple, agreed visible issue: for example a link, button, menu, image, page content, layout issue or 404 error.

Safe Updates & Backup Check

One site: an available-backup check, agreed WordPress/plugin/theme updates and testing of the home page, contact path and up to three agreed key pages.

Monthly WordPress Care

One site: one monthly update and backup-availability check, plus testing of the home page and contact path.

Payment and start of work

  1. I first send a written scope: what is included and excluded, total price including VAT, and the estimated time window.
  2. After your written approval, Eezy Kevytyrittäjät Oy issues the official invoice for work performed by Nail Mukhtarov / MEND FWD. Eezy is the legal invoicer; the invoice uses Eezy’s Business ID.
  3. The official invoice covers the full agreed amount and has a 7-day payment term. Please pay only through the details on the Eezy invoice. I do not request payment to a private account by message.
  4. Work starts after payment has been received. For a consumer distance contract, the statutory cancellation rules on the Cancellation & complaints page also apply.

Hosting, domains, paid licences, third-party services and work outside the listed limits are not included. If an unknown issue changes the scope, work is paused and a new option is agreed in writing before any additional work.
