How I work

A calm process that protects the site and the client.

A form message never creates an order. The scope, access and handover are agreed before a change is made.

1. Describe the need

Send the website URL, a short description and the visible impact. Do not send passwords or confidential data.

2. Receive a written proposal

I confirm whether the request fits the current scope and, if needed, provide the proposed work, boundary, price and estimated start time.

3. Approve, invoice and safe access

After written approval, Eezy issues the invoice for the full agreed amount. If access is needed, you create a separate temporary WordPress account only after I ask for it.

4. Work, test and handover

I make the agreed change, test the agreed result and send a short handover. You can remove temporary access immediately after handover.

Update rule

WordPress, theme and plugin updates are considered one at a time after a backup check. “Update everything” is not a safe service method.
